EUROA SET TO HOST IT'S INAUGURAL MUSIC FESTIVAL
The inaugural Euroa Music Festival is set to take place on Saturday the 27th of March 2021. The event is to be held at the picturesque Euroa Memorial Oval and will showcase predominantly Victorian emerging and breakthrough artists across varying musical genres. A group of hardworking Euroa volunteers, who form the not-for-profit Euroa Music Festival Incorporated, are pushing ahead to host the event in an effort to help bring back to life live music in Victoria and attract people to our region.

Our mission is to;
1. to provide music fans a covid safe live music festival experience
2. to provide emerging artists with an opportunity to perform at an amazing event,to grow as artists and to connect with peers
3. to create an amazing live music festival experience for attendees and artists where the overwhelming feeling post event is “must come back" .
4. to promote the township of euroa and all that it has to offer
To achieve this mission the festival will;
1.produce a one day, one stage festival with 12 artists across varying musical genres performing
2. held at the picturesque euroa memorial oval with covid-safe "people pens" & one way walking lanes ensuring social distancing
3. be a family friendly event
4. live stream festival for broader reach
5. hold free events in the main street including performances from artists & art exhibits on saturday morning & sunday
6. showcase local wherever possible, wine, food & beer
7. Sunday morning euroa market in Seven Creeks Park
8. “Side Show Sunday” with artists performing intimate shows at venues across Euroa the day after the main event
9. use profits from festival to reinvest to improve the festival each year and to make it a self sustainable growing event

“We are excited to be bringing to this region a significant music event for which we can attract people to our town. The festival will be one of the first to be held post COVID pandemic and we’re sure music lovers will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere the Euroa Music Festival will offer.” says Adam Palmer president of Euroa Music Festival Inc.
The lineup of artists will be announced in December with tickets going on sale before Christmas.
A not for profit incorporated association called "Euroa Music Festival" has been established with a group of people passionate about Euroa leading the charge.
Euroa music festival is partnering with Small Time Group to assist in managing and curating the event.
Opening its doors in February 2020, Small Time is a new way to support quality hard working early-stage artists. based in Brunswick, the venue provides an artist production & development program, and live stream channel of content for early stage artists worldwide.
